“But first Vermouth”

We believe perfect martini can’t be made without the freshest Vermouth.

Spend an evening at The Merchant’s Table with drinks impresarios The London Vermouth Company, where we’ll talk all things Vermouth and then, using Suffolk botanicals, local wines and spirits, we’ll make Vermouth together. Some to take home and some to finish the evening with a martini made by you ... If you grow or know of any local botanicals, be they herbs or spices from your garden or fruits foraged from a hidden hedgerow, please feel free to bring them along. Vermouth has few rules, it just needs to taste great.

First Vermouth and then a Martini ...

Tickets are priced at £45 per person.

Workshops will be running on Friday 5th October SOLD OUT & Saturday 6th October 7pm - 9.30pm.

There are 12 spaces available on our Vermouth Workshop. To book tickets please email susanna@themerchantstable.co.uk or call 07709 352437.
