Join us at The Merchant’s Table for an intimate evening of modern cocktails, Londecentric cured meats and Suffolk snacks. A relaxed and informal soirée, we will be learning how to make simply executed, delicious cocktails that follow our London & Suffolk theme. Ben Leask of Ben’s House will be serving a London focused cocktail, created from London micro-distillery spirits and ingredients. Followed by a Suffolk focused cocktail, sourcing local spirits and ingredients. Each cocktail will also be paired with London charcuterie and Suffolk cheese plates.
